Therapeutic massage uses a variety of techniques including long, soothing Swedish massage strokes, rocking, gentle stretching and specific trigger point work based on the needs of the individual client. Kristen is skilled at integrating several techniques to provide a relaxing, yet effective session. 90 minute Deluxe Hot Stone Massage - $130
Especially recommended for those cold Gunnison winter days!! Smooth river stones are are heated and integrated into the massage to provide a deep penetrating heat which helps relax muscles and provide soothing relief to the entire nervous system.
